Year 12 reflection

A Little reflection on year 12

Over the course of year 12 media it was a great overall experience, however there were some struggles to complete things on time and other technical difficulties.

Last year we had to change most of our coursework with only three days till the deadline, so it was very rushed. Also the fact that it was all left purelly on my hands stressed me out and I think that effected the way the final product came out. So this year I will balance out the work between all the group menbers, eventhough I really like to take everything under my own hands.

Last year I also struggled with all the website updates and putting everything in order, I ended up completing almost all the work on a period of around two days (including all nighters!) so due to this reason it wasn't the 'best' website possible that I could've produced.

This following year I will make some drastic changes to the way I work:

Will start website work much earlier than last year
Will make sure pratical work is spaced out enought over the whole year to make it less stressfull and not so rushed like last year, essentially creating a better project!
I will also read more on media theories to broaden my knowledge outside of only the subject guidelines. This will aid in both the exams and also in coming up with ideas for the coursework project.
The most basic thing too, I will keep my blog regularly updated and full of information and descriptions of things and events done throughout the whole year.
